At Velasca, we want to ensure your handcrafted Italian pieces are a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to maintain the quality of the leather and fabric.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our Italian workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
